Rainbow Cake

Seeing lotsa beautiful rainbow cake & wanted to try it out myself!

Haven been baking since the crazy order during CNY. 

Did a mini rainbow cake with only 4 colors. 

My 1st time baking a cake, my 1st time trying out frosting. 

Wanted to do Lemon Meringue, but I fail. 

The instructions that I took the recipe from was not indicated properly, only after that failed attempt I googled and found the correct way. 

So I had already baked the cake & I shouldn't waste it. 

Therefore I just use a basic Buttercream Frosting. 

Too watery, it seems like it would melt anytime. 

Satisfied with the end result. 

Find it too sweet, thou hubby said that it's not. 

I do not have sweet tooth. 

I love to bake, but I do not love to eat what I bake.
